Ice Cracked Tea Egg
1.
Cook the eggs first, about 7 or 8 minutes. Add a little salt when you boil the eggs to help the egg whites coagulate.
2.
After the eggs are cooked, remove them and soak them in a basin of cold water. Use the back of a spoon to gently tap the cracks. Be gentle.
3.
Use another pot of clean water, and add a small bowl of red robe, which can be made with brewed tea. I didn't have it temporarily. I took the ready-made tea and boiled it.
4.
Add a spoonful of dark soy sauce to adjust the color tone, and add some salt to it. I made the original tea and egg. If you want a five-scented one, you can add spices, such as cinnamon, pepper, etc. in this step.
5.
Cook for 20 minutes, turn off the heat
6.
Soak the boiled tea eggs for at least two hours, which is the best way to stay overnight, and has a deeper flavor. Open, there are beautiful ice cracks.
