The ice flower pot stickers, which have been growing for a long time, were really twists and turns during the first attempt. The ice flower batter was misused with flour, and the result was a mess. I tried again and finally realized that if you want to fry beautiful ice flowers, using cornstarch is the key, don't use flour instead!

Ice Flower Pot Stickers

1. Mix the flour into a smooth dough and set aside.

2. Add all the seasonings to the minced pork and mix well.

3. The difference between potstickers, potstickers and dumplings lies in whether the two ends are open.

4. Add a little oil to the electric baking pan, put in the pot stickers, and fry until the bottom is slightly charred.

5. Pour in cornstarch water.

6. Fry until the starch moisture evaporates, becomes dry, and turns off the heat when ice blossoms appear.

7. Sprinkle chopped green onions.

8. The beautiful ice-flower pot stickers are ready.

Tips:

The important thing is said three times, if you want to fry beautiful ice flowers, using cornstarch is the key! Be sure to use cornstarch!
