Ice Snail

Then put the patted cucumber into a bowl, pour an appropriate amount of light soy sauce, fish drum oil mustard, stir evenly and add ice cubes

Prepare the pot, put it in the water and boil, add the fresh snails and cook for three to four minutes. Remove the snails and put them in the previously prepared ice water to cool for a few minutes
