Iced Asparagus

The washed asparagus, with the old skin removed, is blanched in boiling water for 2 minutes. Take it out and immediately soak it in ice water and let it dry.

Put asparagus on the plate

Put on the garlic sauce

The juice mixed with mustard juice + vinegar + soy sauce + sugar + olive oil

Pour in the mixed juice. Put it in the refrigerator and it will be OK
