Iced Jellyfish Head

An appropriate amount of millet peppers, cut into millet pepper rings and set aside. Appropriate amount of garlic seeds, chop them into minced garlic for later use. An appropriate amount of coriander, chopped and set aside.

Take a bowl, add an appropriate amount of salt, sugar, chicken essence, balsamic vinegar, light soy sauce, and sesame oil, then pour in cold boiled water and dilute it into flavored water.

Take a proper amount of jellyfish head, soak it in 80°C boiling water for 1 minute, then remove it into cold water. After the jellyfish head is cold, remove it by filtering water and put it into a bowl.

Add appropriate amount of minced garlic, millet pepper rings and chopped coriander to the jellyfish head bowl, pour in the flavored water, and stir evenly. Take another bowl, add ice cubes, pour the jellyfish head on the ice cubes, the deliciousness is ready.
