Iced Okra

Prepare the ingredients and freeze the ice cubes in the ice cube mold in the refrigerator in advance

Wash the okra, remove the head and tail

Chop garlic, sliced ginger, and green onions (as long as the white onions) are separately chopped, and put them in a seasoning dish

Don’t put some old godmothers on the side, because some people at home like spicy and some don’t, so I have two flavors (you can also make seasonings according to personal preferences). Add salt, chicken essence, a little soy sauce, and finally top with hot oil

Put the okra in water and cook for about three minutes, then pick up

Take out the ice cubes and pour directly on top of the okra to cool the okra quickly. It can also be placed in the freezer of the refrigerator for half an hour.

After the ice cubes have melted into water, just pour out the water. (If the ice cubes are not enough, put some ice cubes in repeatedly until the surface of the okra feels icy)
