Wash the germ rice, pour it into a casserole and cook on a high heat. After it is boiled, reduce the heat to a low heat and simmer slowly

Rather than taking great pains to match meals, it is better to treat yourself with a bowl of germ rice. A bowl of good rice is the best choice.
Tips:
1. The casserole is first boiled over a high fire, and then turned to a low fire to cook the rice slowly. If the fire is too high, it will be easy to paste.
2. Light soy sauce has an umami taste, so you don't need to put chicken essence
3. It is recommended to consume the germ rice as soon as possible after opening, store it in a cool, dry and ventilated place, or seal it in a jar or refrigerate it in the refrigerator.
