Improved Fried Noodles

1. Wash pork belly and cut into small cubes; cut dried tofu and lettuce into cubes; peel and wash edamame.

2. Heat oil in a pot and sauté the shallots.

3. Add the pork belly and fry until the fat separates.

4. Add the diced bamboo shoots, dried tofu, and edamame and sauté until fragrant.

5. Add seasonings and water and stir well.

6. Before starting the pan, thicken the starch with water and serve.

7. Cook the noodles in another pot, pour cold water into a bowl, and drizzle with fried sauce.
