Add clean water to the milk pot, put five-spice powder, pepper, sugar, ginger slices, pepper, dried sea pepper, dark soy sauce.

Bring to a boil, cook for about ten minutes, and add vinegar after cooling.

The hairtail section is naturally thawed and cleaned up.

Oily, heat to 60% to 70% heat, put the hairtail sections on medium heat.
