A new mother, the only child in the family before marrying, rarely cooks until the child is old and needs to eat, starting from the steamed egg with a dish of water, slowly learning, working hard for the child

Ingredients

Inkstone Omelette

1. First, give the inkstone a bath, I bought chilled quick-frozen inkstone.

2. Prepare the eggs

3. Beat the eggs into a bowl, "stun" them, put a little salt

4. Wash the inkstone that you just took a bath, and drain the water for later use. Cut the ginger slices and make a juice (I don't have many seasonings in my house, which contain oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, and sugar).

5. Let’s heat up some oil first (a little bit, just for frying inkstone)

6. Throw the ginger slices down, and then stir-fry the inkstone meat (the ginger slices are given to quench the cold or... seasoning? You can add some minced garlic if you like.)

7. It's almost time to pour the sauce made just now.

8. Stir them until they are nine mature or fully cooked, scoop them up and pour them into the beaten eggs just now.

9. Stir evenly.

10. I’m lazy, I didn’t wash the pot, I just started the fire

Tips:

Although it's a bit ugly, after all, home cooking is ordinary and warm. Welcome to comment and give me advice. I have been learning and growing.
