Instant Noodles with Tomato and Egg

Cut tomatoes into small pieces, wash cabbage and break into small pieces, chopped green onion

Hot oil, sautéed chives

Add cabbage and stir-fry until soft

Add tomatoes and stir fry, stir evenly, add appropriate amount of water to boil.

After boiling, add the instant noodle seasoning, I put half of it, if it tastes too strong, then add some salt. After stirring, beat in an egg to beat and put in the dough.

Just cook for two minutes.
Tips:
1. Eggs can be added after the dough is finished. I like to eat very cooked, so I add the eggs first.
2. For breakfast, it is not advisable to eat too thick, the stomach is uncomfortable, and do not put all the seasonings in.
