Invincible and Delicious Roasted Wing Roots

Wash the roots of the wings, use a knife to make a circle around the roots, cut off the meat and tendons, and then pull the chicken to the bottom. Then pour in the lees, black pepper, chili powder and light soy sauce. After mixing well, cover with plastic wrap and put in the refrigerator to marinate overnight.

Put baking paper on the baking tray, wrap the bottom of the wing roots with tin foil, and pile the meaty end on the baking tray. Heat the oven up and down, preheat at 220 degrees, and then put the wing roots into the oven together with the baking tray.

Tips:
The lees comes with salt, so there is no need to add salt when marinating, otherwise it will be too salty.
