Iodine-filled Kelp and Green Pepper Shredded Pork

Ingredients preparation (forget to shoot the garlic).

Wash the green peppers and refined meat, and shred them separately.

Put salt, cooking wine and cornstarch into the shredded pork, stir evenly, and set aside.

Heat oil in a pan, add green peppers, stir-fry quickly, remove and set aside.

With the remaining oil in the pot, add the shredded pork to sprinkle, stir fry and remove.

Heat oil in a pan and sauté the minced garlic.

Add the washed seaweed shreds.

After stirring, add salt.

Add dark soy sauce and appropriate amount of water, stir-fry evenly, cover with lid, and simmer for 2 minutes on medium-low heat.

Then open the lid, add green peppers and shredded pork.

Stir fry a few times.

Finally, add chicken essence, stir fry and serve.
Tips:
1. Put salt, cooking wine, cornstarch into the shredded pork and stir evenly to make the shredded pork tender.
2. Adding garlic mash can increase the fragrance and remove the fishy.
