Italian Appetizer-color Drum

Prepare the ingredients

Peel the potatoes, wash and slice them, put them in boiling water and cook them out.

Broccoli petals, blanch them in boiling water and remove them.

Cut the ham sausage into small pieces, stir into a puree with a blender, add some salad dressing and mix well and set aside.

Soak the black raisins in warm water, and use a blender to mix them into puree.

Take a small cup, brush some olive oil, add three spoons of pureed broccoli, put a layer of pureed broccoli on it, and smooth the surface.

Then put in three spoons of mashed ham, smooth the surface, and finally put the mashed potatoes, smooth the surface,

Then slowly pour the broccoli on the plate so that the broccoli is on top, then spread a layer of black raisin puree on top of the broccoli, and garnish it with black raisins. Remember that the black raisins are a circle smaller than the broccoli before serving.
Tips:
1. Put some olive oil in the broccoli blanching water to make the broccoli blanched more beautiful.
2. Without black raisins, you can also use black olive jam, strawberry jam or blueberry jam instead.
3. There is no salad dressing in this dish, it can be made with whipped cream.
