Italian Breadsticks

Mix all ingredients except butter.

Knead into a dough with a slightly smooth surface.

Add the softened butter.

Continue to knead until you can pull out a thicker film. Let it rise in a warm place until the dough is twice as big.

After the fermentation is complete, roll the dough into a rectangle with a thickness of 0.3cm with a rolling pin, and brush the egg white evenly.

Sprinkle the black and white sesame seeds on the crust and press gently with your hands to make the sesame sticks on the crust.

The roller knife cuts the pie crust into 1 cm wide strips.
