Italian Cheese Potato Balls

Cut potatoes into small pieces, add salt and cook, remove and drain;

Add cheese and shredded herbs while it is hot and stir into cheese mashed potatoes;

Add flour or glutinous rice flour and knead evenly until it becomes a ball;

Heat the oil on high heat, turn to low heat, add potato balls, and slowly fry until cooked; remove and turn to medium heat and re-fry for a while until the surface is golden brown.
