To make lasagna: add flour, eggs, water, and olive oil into the bread bucket

After mixing it into a dough, let it stand for a while

To make white sauce: mix whipped cream with flour and milk, stir for 5 minutes while heating over medium heat, until it thickens, then remove from heat, add salt and black pepper, mix well and set aside

Prepare homemade tomato meat sauce (the recipe is in another recipe)

Roll the dough into thin slices, cut into the size of a baking tray, put it in boiling water and cook for about 1 minute, take it out and absorb the water with kitchen paper

Brush a layer of white sauce on the bottom of the baking tray, cover a slice of lasagna, then brush white sauce, and spread tomato meat sauce

Repeat the action of lasagna, white sauce and tomato meat sauce 3-5 times (depending on the depth of the pan), until the pan is filled

The last layer is white sauce, sprinkle cheese on the surface

Wrap the surface with tin foil, put it in the middle of the preheated oven, heat up and down at 180 degrees, and bake for about 30 minutes. Because the homemade lasagna is used, it is slightly thicker than the commercially available ones, so wrap the bake with tin foil to make the pasta well cooked without losing water and hardening due to the prolonged baking time. If you buy finished lasagna, you can omit the step of wrapping tin foil

Open the tin foil, put it on the upper layer of the oven, and bake for 5-10 minutes, and the surface can be colored

Take it out to cool, use a spoon to dig directly into the baking dish, or buckle upside down in the dish, or cut into pieces.
