Italian Style Roasted Potato Wedges

Prepare potatoes, wash and dry with water for later use. Choosing smaller potatoes is easier to bake, and the cut potato wedges are also good-looking.

Cut a potato in half, then cut into 8 pieces.

Put the cut potato wedges into a large bowl, add vegetable oil and stir.

Tips:
The skin of the potatoes can be removed or not, depending on personal preference.
