Italian Style Vegetable and Egg Baked Rice

Greens, washed and chopped or cut into sections

Put hot water in the pot, boil the vegetables for tens of seconds, and drain. Seasoning according to personal taste: just add proper amount of oil and salt! (The saltiness is a little bit saltier than usual seasoning)

The rice is served in a large bowl, pour in the right amount of oil, salt, soy sauce, pepper, etc. (choose according to personal taste)
