Jackfruit Beef Tenderloin

Wash the beef and cut into strips.

Add half a tablespoon of rice wine to the beef and stir it in one direction, then add the egg white and stir it in the same direction and marinate for 30 minutes.

Add dry starch and dark soy sauce, and continue to mix and sizing in one direction until the beef can naturally fall out of your hands.

Cut the jackfruit into strips.

Cut the red pepper into thick strips, mince the ginger and garlic.

Pour enough oil in the pot. After the oil is hot, slide the beef into the pot over high heat and remove it.

Leave the bottom oil in the pot or pour the oil in another pot, sauté minced ginger and garlic until fragrant.

Add red pepper shreds and stir well.

Add jackfruit and stir fry.

Pour half a tablespoon of rice wine and stir fry to remove the peculiar smell.

Add the beef strips and stir-fry quickly evenly.

Stir in salt, black pepper and chicken powder, and stir well.
Tips:
Chicken powder can be added or not. Jackfruit should not be fried for a long time to avoid losing its crispness.
