Jade Clam Soup

Wash the clams, shred the green radish, with or without the skin

Put water in the pot, low fire
3.
Add the clams and boil until the clams are cooked
4.
Put the shredded radish, turn it up and down until it becomes evenly heated, and eat it out of the pot.
Tips:
Because there are radishes and water, you need to add some sweet seasoning. The clams are very tender, and the soup absorbs the freshness of clams and the sweetness of radishes.
