Jade Jade Shrimp

Cut the bitter gourd into thin slices, heat hot water in a pot, and add an appropriate amount of salt.

Put the bitter gourd slices into the pot and blanch water, and you can start the pot when the flesh changes color.

Put the drained melon slices into a bowl, pour ice water over the surface, and put the bitter gourd in the refrigerator.

Boil hot water again in the pot, put the sliced ginger and the washed shrimps into the pot, wait for the shrimps to change color, and drain the water for later use.

Add light soy sauce and other seasoning to the seasoning bowl, add minced garlic and mix thoroughly.

Mix the iced melon slices with the shrimp, pour the sauce on it, and you're ready.
Tips:
1. Those who are afraid of bitter gourd can blanch for a longer time.
2. The taste of fresh shrimps should be better than that of frozen ones. I still use frozen shrimps because it is convenient for me.
