Jade Jelly

One cucumber, wash and set aside.

Peel the cucumbers and set aside, and I made pat cucumbers for the remaining flesh.

Put the cucumber juice in a glass mold and let it cool, then close the lid, and then put it in the refrigerator for 2 hours.
