1. After washing the potatoes, peel them and wash them.

2. Cut the potatoes into small pieces and steam them in a pot, to the extent that they are broken with a chopstick.

4. Press the steamed potatoes into puree.

9. Pour in the cucumber and fry for 20 seconds.

Tips:

Potatoes are cut into small pieces and easy to steam. The salad dressing can be salty or sweet according to personal taste. Cucumbers can not be fried. I didn't use a cutting board for vegetables and fruits so I put them in and fry them. The amount of salad dressing can be adjusted.
