Potato Salad

After washing the potatoes, peel them and wash them.

Cut the potatoes into small pieces and steam them in a pot, to the extent that they are broken with a chopstick.

Cut the carrot, ham, and onion into small cubes, and cut the cucumber skin into the ends.

Press the steamed potatoes into puree.

Cut the eggs into small pieces. Quail eggs can also be used.

Turn on the fire, pour the butter in and melt it.

After the butter has melted, pour the carrots and ham and stir fry until light brown.

Then pour in the onion and sauté until fragrant.

Pour in the cucumber and fry for 20 seconds.

Put salt in and stir fry.

Add pepper and stir fry evenly.

Pour the fried ingredients into the pressed mashed potatoes and stir.

Pour in the eggs and stir well.

Finally, put the salad dressing in and stir well. I used a salty salad.

Serve and eat.
Tips:
Potatoes are cut into small pieces and easy to steam. The salad dressing can be salty or sweet according to personal taste. Cucumbers can not be fried. I didn't use a cutting board for vegetables and fruits so I put them in and fry them. The amount of salad dressing can be adjusted.
