Use cucumber peel to make a summer snack, cold shrimp, hot and sour and delicious for adults and children.

Summer Cucumber Shrimp

1. Prepare the ingredients

2. Wash and peel the cucumbers for later use

3. Cut some red pepper shreds, green onion and white shreds, soak in water and set aside
