Jade Steamed Dumplings

Take 100 grams of spinach and add water to squeeze the juice. Pour 80 grams of spinach juice on the flour in a circular manner. Use a spatula to quickly stir evenly into a loose dough shape; then add 35 grams of cold spinach juice to the dough. Knead evenly

Knead the dough gently with your hands to become a relatively smooth dough, cover with plastic wrap, and relax at room temperature for 20 minutes

Chop beef into puree, add pepper water, minced ginger, mix until smooth, add chopped spinach, green onion, salt and mix well, finally add a tablespoon of sesame oil, mix well and set aside

Cut the loosened noodles into even small doses and roll them out into thinner noodles

Pack enough stuffing, pinch the pleats

Put it into a well-layed steamer, put it in hot water, and steam for about 12-15 minutes on high fire (please adjust the steaming time appropriately according to the size of your own dumplings)
