Tips:
Sweet tofu skin is not the tofu skin we usually buy. I bought it at an imported supermarket. If not, you can buy it online. The amount used here is just the amount of a bag of tofu skin. The fried rice should be steamed harder or use overnight rice. Too soft will stick together and taste bad.
