Japanese Eel Cooking Rice

Preparation materials: Eel Tianxia, grilled eel, shiitake mushrooms, carrots, ginger, green onions, eggs, rice, light soy sauce, salt, mirin;

Wash the rice first, add a proper amount of water to the rice cooker (you can also replace it with broth), then pour some mirin, soy sauce and salt, mix well and press the button to steam;

Thaw the eels in advance, and then cut them into chunks or shreds according to personal preference;

Wash the vegetables, peel the carrots, cut into slices and shreds, remove the stalks and cut into thick shreds, and cut the green onion and ginger into thin shreds for later use;
