Japanese Style Chawanmushi

Prepare the ingredients, decapsulate the shrimp and remove the gut, wash the shiitake mushrooms and cut it with a cross knife, and slice the crab fillet.

Beat the eggs into a bowl, add salt, light soy sauce, sugar, cooking wine, and the same amount of water, stir and beat them with chopsticks, and pour them into a steaming bowl.

In a cold water pot, turn the heat to a low heat and steam for 4 minutes. Place the shrimp, mushrooms, and crab slices on the half-cured egg liquid.

Tips:
When steaming the eggs, cover them with plastic wrap to make the taste more smooth and tender.
