Japanese Style Fried Seaweed Potato Cake

Potatoes peeled, sliced and steamed

While the potatoes are hot, press the back of a spoon into a delicate mashed potato

Pour potato starch, a little salt, a little pepper, a little seafood powder into the mashed potatoes, stir well and form a soft dough

Knead the dough into a cylindrical shape, cut into round pieces about 1cm thick, and shape them slightly
