Japanese-style Grilled Pumpkin ~ Simple, Home-cooked and Healthy ~

Pumpkin washed and sliced (0.5~1cm wide)

Two tablespoons of light soy sauce, two tablespoons of sugar (I used oligosaccharides during fat reduction), and one tablespoon of white vinegar are mixed to make a sauce

Pour a little more oil into the pot (normal salad oil is fine, I use coconut oil), and fry on medium-low heat until the pumpkin is slightly charred on both sides

Add sauce and stir fry on low heat and it will be out of the pot
5.
Sprinkle white sesame seeds on the plate and finish
