Japanese Style Mashed Potatoes

Wash the potatoes, cut them into large pieces, put them in a small milk pot and cook for about 40 minutes, add two teaspoons of salt, adjust the saltiness according to personal preference, until you can easily puncture them with chopsticks, then pour out the water.

While it is hot, use a potato mixer to mash the potatoes, add butter and mayonnaise, and stir together. It is best to cut the carrots as small as possible (learn from my lesson... I mashed them for a long time after thinly sliced...)

Stir it evenly, and you can make styling if you have extra tools at home.
