Japanese Style One Yaki

Wash the pig bones, blanch them in a pot of cold water, and boil the foam;

Pour out the frothy water, rinse the stick bones, create another pot, put an appropriate amount of water, put in the stick bones, and put in an appropriate amount of rice wine;

Wash the white radish and cut into 10cm thick sections;

Put it in a pot for boiling stick bones, cook with stick bones, cook for about 30 minutes after boiling, remove the white radish;

Cut the two ends of the white radish with a flower knife, put it in a flat plate with soy sauce, so that both sides of the radish are covered with soy sauce;

Don't put oil in a non-stick pan, put the white radish in the pan after it is hot, so as not to turn it over after frying, fry on 2 sides until it is colored and take it out;

When eating, you can dip it with sukiyaki soy sauce and sprinkle with appropriate amount of bonito flakes.
Tips:
Boiled white radish in bone broth, dipped in soy sauce, is a very good way to eat; if there is no bone broth, you can use water to season and boil radish.
