Japanese Tofu

1. Cut tofu into pieces.

2. Put it in the starch and coat it with a layer of starch evenly.

3. Heat oil in a pan, add tofu and fry slowly until golden brown and remove for later use.

4. To control the oil, absorb it with absorbent paper.

5. Cut the ingredients: onions, carrots, fungus, green peppers.

6. Adjust the sauce: soy sauce salt, oil consumption, sugar, water, starch and stir well.

7. Heat oil in a pot, add radish, fungus, green pepper, and onion in turn and fry until broken.

8. Add tofu and stir-fry evenly, pour in the adjusted sauce, and stir-fry until it tastes well.
