Japanese Tofu Steamed Minced Pork

Mix the minced meat with cooking wine, salt, light soy sauce, cornstarch, and eggs in one direction and set aside.

The Japanese tofu is cut into small squares and placed in a plate. The carrots are sliced into thin slices and placed on top of the tofu. Then add the minced meat. The peas are cooked in advance and set aside.

Bring to a high heat and put it in a steamer, and steam for 8 minutes.

Use cornstarch to make a starch paste, pour it into a wok and bring to a boil on high heat, add a little light soy sauce to make a starch paste.
