Japanese Tofu with Tomato Sauce

Prepare all ingredients.

Cut the tofu in the middle, squeeze it out slowly, cut into sections, and roll in a layer of flour.

Add oil to the hot pan and fry the tofu until golden brown.

Cut the green pepper into small pieces.

Heat the oil in the pan, put the garlic cubes and green peppers in the pan until fragrant.
