Jelly Crystal Ball

The picture above is the outer packaging box of white jelly. The white powder is white jelly (I personally like to use white jelly because it is quick and convenient. If you use gelatin flakes or isinglass powder or agar, you have to soak it first);

Mix the white jelly, sugar, and water, stir well, and boil several times;

Let the jelly liquid dry for three minutes, then pour it into the lower hemisphere of the ball mold (the soaked dried flowers can be placed in it, or you can leave it alone);

Let it dry for 8 minutes, cover the upper part of the mold, and continue to pour the remaining jelly liquid

Let it cool in the refrigerator for one hour, and take out the crystal ball with disposable gloves (you can also put it in the refrigerator, the white jelly solidifies faster, and the ice-cold taste in the refrigerator is comfortable).
Tips:
1. When making a crystal ball, the white jelly should not be too little. It seems that some people say that it can not be made with a 1:50 amount. It is impossible to make a straight ball. Where is the soft stall, and the crystal ball is 1:20 without sugar. Yes (1 gram of white jelly with 20 grams of water), add more white jelly with sugar, but not too much, it will harden and stop playing.
2. Do a little more than the capacity of your own mold, as if my mold is 50 grams each, then I will make 220 grams of water, because the cooking process will volatilize a little, if it is as much as the mold when it is cooked, boil it out After that, the ball will be dissatisfied.
