Jellyfish and White Radish Shreds

Wash the jellyfish skin and cut into filaments

Wash the white radish to clean the outer skin, peel off the skin and roots, and cut into filaments

Put it in a bowl and pickle with salt

Shred the green onion, ginger, and red pepper separately

Tips:
You can add some mashed garlic for better taste.
