Jellyfish Mixed with Fungus

Wash the jellyfish and cut into strips, soak the black fungus, and remove the roots. Wash and shred carrots.

Bring water to a boil in the pot. Put the cut jellyfish carrots in boiling water and quickly blanch them, then put them in cold water. Remove and control the moisture. Tear the fungus or cut into strips. Put it in the container with the jellyfish carrot

Add appropriate amount of salt, monosodium glutamate, white sugar, oil consumption, mature vinegar (use the rice vinegar according to your favorite taste), and stir well.
Tips:
The choice of vinegar can be decided according to your own preference for acidity. Old vinegar will be relatively sour.
