Prepare materials

Blanch the enoki mushrooms.

Drain the blanched enoki mushrooms.

Rinse the jellyfish several times in clean water.

Prepare garlic mash.

Chopped coriander.

Put the enoki mushrooms and jellyfish in a bowl, add the minced garlic, coriander, cooked sesame seeds, vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, and chili oil and mix well.
Tips:
1 If the jellyfish is too salty, soak it in water. I washed it twice with instant jellyfish.
2 I use fresh enoki mushrooms, which are also dipped in oil.
