Jellyfish Mixed with Parsley

Ingredients: jellyfish (washed clean).

Parsley, carrots.
3.
Light soy sauce, sesame oil.

Wash the parsley and remove it.
5.
Cut into sections on the chopping board and set aside.

Wash and peel the carrots.
7.
Put it on the chopping board and cut into thicker silk.
8.
Then, put the parsley and carrots in boiling water, blanch them and remove them.
9.
Use cold boiled water to cool too much.

Then, dry the cold parsley and carrots.

Then, combine the jellyfish, add some salt, light soy sauce and sesame oil.
12.
Season and mix well.
