I saw jellyfish for sale in the supermarket and thought it was pretty good, so I bought a few bags back. The bags were mixed and eaten directly before, and I felt a bit fishy. This time I mixed it with cucumbers, and I found it to be much more delicious. It's delicious and not so fishy.

Jellyfish Salad with Cucumber

1. The cucumber is cleaned.

2. The washed cucumbers are drained and placed on a cutting board, flattened and cut into pieces.

3. Wash the jellyfish twice with clean, cold water.

4. Drain the jellyfish and set aside.

5. Put the cucumber and jellyfish in a pot.

6. Add some light soy sauce.

7. Add the right amount of salt.

8. Add the right amount of chicken essence.

9. Add an appropriate amount of white sugar.

10. Drizzle some cooking oil.

11. Add appropriate amount of vinegar and mix all the ingredients evenly.

Tips:

I bought the jellyfish ready-to-eat, so I can eat it after washing it twice.
