After the butter is softened at room temperature, add powdered sugar and salt to make the volume larger and whitish.

Tips:
1. If you like crispy cookies, you can add 10 grams of water or milk
2. After the flowers are squeezed, they can be refrigerated or frozen in the refrigerator before baking (so that the shape of the baked flower is better)
3. If the roasted cocoa or matcha flavor is reduced accordingly, you want to add 5-10 or so sugar (10 grams of cocoa powder and 6 grams of matcha powder in Koyama Garden), and you can leave it alone if you don't like sweetness.
