Dried tofu with oil is a traditional snack in Wuxi, Jiangsu Province. Using popular tofu as the ingredients, the specific method is not difficult. First, cut the tofu into about 1 cm thick slices, put them in a frying pan and fry them into golden brown, put them on the plate, and then pour the prepared sauce to eat.
