[jiangxi] Fried Rice Noodles

1. Soak the fine rice noodles in water for about 15 minutes in advance

2. Wash ingredients

3. Fried eggs, shredded cabbage and green pepper

4. In a frying pan, stir-fry the green onion, green pepper and cabbage until they are broken

5. Pour in the soaked rice noodles, add salt and light soy sauce, stir fry evenly
