Jiao Braised Pork Section

Wash the meat and control water.

Cut the meat into cubes.

Diced meat is evenly patted with dry starch.

Dice all the ingredients and set aside.

One potato is peeled and diced (borrowing the previous picture~).

Diced pork wrapped in dry powder is fried in a frying pan and removed first (medium heat).

The diced potatoes in the ingredients are fried in an oil pan until the surface is golden, and the diced meat after the initial frying is re-fried in the oil pan over high heat.

Take out the oil control with the potatoes (make pictures at home to save trouble).

Add tomato sauce, salt, and water starch.
