[jin Yu Man Tang] Fried Shrimp with Pea and Corn

Prepare ingredients: shrimp, corn, peas, minced ginger, chopped green onion, June fresh special grade soy sauce;

Pick out the shrimp threads and wash them;

Add appropriate amount of salt, cooking wine, white pepper, and starch into the shrimp;

Mix the shrimp and the seasoning, stir well, and marinate for 10 minutes;
5.
After the peas and corn have been blanched, remove them and immediately pass them in cold water;

Heat up the wok, pour in an appropriate amount of vegetable oil and heat;

Add chopped green onion and ginger and sauté until fragrant;

Add the shrimps and fry them until they are broken;

Add peas and corn and stir fry;
10.
Add an appropriate amount of June fresh special grade soy sauce;

Add an appropriate amount of white pepper;
12.
After stirring evenly, turn off the heat and start the pan.
Tips:
1. The seasoning can be adjusted according to personal taste;
2. Blanching peas and corn can reduce the cooking time and preserve the taste of the shrimp; after blanching the peas and corn, remove the cold water immediately to keep the bright color of the peas and corn.
