[jingle Trial Report-diced Pork Fried Noodles

Ingredients: noodles, pork, cucumber, mung bean sprouts, carrots, jingle sauce.

Wash the cucumber and shred, pinch and remove the ends of mung bean sprouts, shred the carrots, and blanch the carrots and mung bean sprouts for later use.

Dice fat and lean pork separately.

Put more oil in the pot, add green onion, ginger, star anise, bay leaves, and stir to create a fragrance.
