Jinzhenru Pork Noodles

Prepare ingredients: slice pork belly and set aside; remove the roots of enoki mushrooms and wash them; peel off the roots of cabbage to remove the puree; cut scallions into sections for use

Preheat the wok and add the oil. When the oil temperature rises, add the shallots to taste, add beef sauce and stir fry. After the oil is completely discolored, add the pork belly and stir fry.

After the pork belly is completely discolored, add soy sauce, salt and black pepper, add 80L of water, cook until half-boiled, add enoki mushrooms

When the water is fully boiled, add the noodles, cover the pot and cook for 10 minutes. The lid can be opened for freshness in the middle, and salt can be added as appropriate.
