Joyful-stir-fried Lamb with Garlic and Greens

Lamb leg slices, add oyster sauce, light soy sauce, dark soy sauce, cooking wine, cornstarch and 1 teaspoon of cumin powder.

Grab and mix well with your hands, marinate for more than 30 minutes. (I usually marinate at noon and fry at night.)

Wash the garlic greens and slice them with an oblique knife.

Heat up a wok, add 1 tablespoon of corn oil, fry the green garlic until broken, season with a little salt, and set aside.

Heat oil in another pot to explode the ginger slices.
6.
Put the marinated lamb into high heat and stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
7.
Add 1 teaspoon of cumin powder and fry until the lamb is cooked through.
8.
Pour in green garlic and stir well.
